We gladly accept PayPal, Credit Cards (ex. Visa , MC), business checks from qualified businesses or cash for local pickups. Foreign Tax/Import duties is the Buyer responsibility. We do NOT accept personal checks. Open Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, our cut off time for shipping an item is 1:30pm MST. If your payment processes after that time, it will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping:

Free shipping price is for US lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. Territories will be assessed an additional fee of $15.00. Please ask us for shipping quotes on any item you want shipped anywhere else. We ship USPS and FedEx. Next Day and Second Day Air service is available for an additional fee (actual shipping costs plus $15.00 handling fee).

Freight:

Larger items that must be shipped via freight will ship as soon as the truck can be secured, usually no more than 3-5 business days. To get a freight quote we will need to know the following:
Will this be shipped to a commercial or residential address
Your address including zip code
Your phone number and business name
Do you have a dock or fork lift access

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged to all items shipped to a destination in the state of Colorado unless you provide a tax exempt I.D.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our number one Priority. Call us at (303) 288-9633. Let us know what’s going on. We do honor our 14 day return policy, if you should get an item that does not work, unless otherwise stated in that items description. We assume that all our items were in working condition or were stocked in a storeroom at the time the factory closed. Alterations or removal of any components of a part voids the return policy. All returns must include all original parts and manuals. Once we get the item we will inspect the item to make sure it is in the same condition as we shipped it, and if it is we will issue a refund. There are multiple seals on each of our electronic items, if any seal is broken, tampered with or removed the warranty is void. We only emit Refunds/Exchanges once the original product has been returned back to our store in the same condition it was shipped. All requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and have approval. No returns will be accepted without approval. No returns will be accepted after the 14 day period. Money will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item. Buyer is responsible for return postage fee except for error in listing or item does not work as indicated. A 10% restocking fee may apply if item is returned due to buyer’s mistake.

International:

We will ship worldwide. Please remember your item must go through customs which can delay receiving your item in a timely manner. Custom holds and delays vary from country-to-country and are beyond the control of the Seller. We will not mark your item as a gift or pay any customs fees. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.
