All returns must include all original parts and manuals. Once we get the item we will inspect the item to make sure it is in the same condition as we shipped it, and if it is we will issue a refund. There are multiple seals on each of our electronic items, if any seal is broken, tampered with or removed the warranty is void. We only emit Refunds/Exchanges once the original product has been returned back to our store in the same condition it was shipped.
