Unless specified in the auction description, a power cord will not be included with the item listed in the auction. Only standard or non-proprietary power cords are available by request prior to or when making payment. Proprietary and specific power cords and/or AC Adapters must be purchased separately. We acquire our equipment from reliable and trusted sources. The majority our items are tested in-house. Some items are not tested, either because we trusted the source of the equipment based on their history with us, or because we are unable to test the equipment due to not having proper equipment to test the item or lack of knowledge in the product itself).

UPS and USPS has scheduled pick-ups daily Monday-Friday at our location - holidays and weekends excluded. Sometimes there are exceptions and delays but we try hard to get your item shipped as soon as possible. The average is 1 business day after payment. If you make payment on Friday it will not ship out until Monday. We will send you tracking and it will post to the auction as well when the package is sent.

In some cases, your item will be shipped with a different carrier than the one that is stated in the auction. Sometimes we choose alternate carriers based on efficiency at the time of shipping. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us in advance.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PR and customers in other US territories - We can ship by USPS PRIORITY MAIL only. Please ask for a quote

Non-USA International Customers:

For international shipping please ask for a quote. For most non-US locations USPS Priority Mail is the only service we offer but you are welcome to request we utilize your own carrier on your account. Insurance is required on most items.

Any International customs charges, duties or fees that may be added to the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer should be aware that these fees may be required to receive your package. The buyer is solely accountable to pay these required fees. We will not declare your package as a gift.
